Control at every step
Will any messages be deleted?
The application reads the source mailbox and adds messages to the destination. It sends no delete or expunge commands. Existing email is not overwritten.
What is transferred?
Email with attachments, accessible folders, internal dates and supported flags. The Deleted flag is excluded for safety. Provider limits, changed content and unreadable messages are reported as errors.
Which providers are supported?
Public IMAP servers using TLS (port 993) or mandatory STARTTLS (port 143). The destination requires UIDPLUS for content verification. Providers requiring OAuth-only authentication are currently unsupported.
Is the backup a PST file?
The backup is a ZIP archive with unchanged EML messages and a folder manifest. It can be restored here. You can upload your own Outlook PST file for import.
